201TCE IS MOST EFFICIENT TREE SHEAR FOR SMALL FOREST CRANES

This model is ideal for installation on the smallest forest loaders (reach less than 6.5 meters), where the machine can be for example a small forestry machine or a tractor.

Automatic collector / multi tree handling. Operates with two collection jaws that firmly grip the collected trees, making the collection precise. The collector jaws move automatically thanks to the internal hydraulic control of the tree shear. User does not need to make separate control movements to perform the collection functions.

Strong and fast guillotine with two knife blades cuts a maximum of 20 cm

The opening of the grapple is 82 cm and its geometry is excellent for loading. The guillotine blades are always automatically protected in their housing during loading, so loading is as easy as with a normal wood grapple.

201TCE is equipped with a wireless controlled electric tilt. This ensures that the tree shear never tilts accidentally while the tree is still being cut. When loading trees, a significant advantage of the electric tilt is that the grapple can also be turned from a horizontal position to a vertical position. Moving wood materials vertically requires less working space and speeds up the work significantly.

The 201TCE is equipped with a delimb blades, allowing the tree delimb using the lifting motion of the crane.

The 201TCE is easy to install. The tree shear is attached to the rotator of the forest crane and 2pcs hydraulic hoses are connected just like installing a normal timber grapple. Tree shear already has a wireless receiver for the tilt function pre-installed at the factory. Only the wireless transmitter/micro switch is brought into the machine cabin and the micro switch controls the tilt function. It is noteworthy that electrical cables no need to the crane boom..

The movements of the tree shear are only driven by the hydraulics to close and open, just like when using a normal wood grapple. The internal hydraulic control of the tree shear automatically carries out the movements in the correct order.
